CAP’2ER

Pilgrim’s Moy Park Beef Orléans and a key customer approached the Institute of Livestock to contribute to the development of a tool called “CAP’2ER,” which allows farmers to assess their environmental impact and identify action plans. This tool is being deployed in a network of 50 volunteer farms. Ultimately, it is intended to be made available to the entire beef industry, to lead all players in a better understanding of the environmental impact of farming and the extent of progress.
