Environmental Care with LEGO© SERIOUS PLAY©

In 2018, Pilgrim’s Mexico held an environmental management workshop lead by LEGO^® Serious Play^® for team members from different processing plants, hatcheries, and feed mills to receive training on the direct impact of industry on nature. The LEGO^® Serious Play^® Method requires participants to build their own models in response to the facilitator´s questions using specially selected LEGO^® elements. These 3D models serve as a basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision making.

During the workshop, team members discussed industry impacts on the environment and worked together to identify strategies for more efficiently using natural resources and reducing waste generation. Pilgrim’s Mexico plans to continue hosting similar events in the future to recognize the company’s and its team members’ care for the environment and its preservation.
